We make tomato paste from fresh tomatoes, which are grown outdoors and harvested at their optimal maturation moment. The process consists in water evaporation, without any colouring or preservative, keeping all the scent and taste of fresh tomato.
We obtain tomato powder by using our own tomato paste and the spray drying technology. We count on two types of atomization towers, one for fluid bed drying and the other one for belt drying. Both of them produce dry and fluid powder thanks to spraying and automatic drying of the paste by intimate contact with air.
