SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT AND AWARENESS

Transa usually organizes workshops and meetings under the aim of raising awareness and getting its farmers trained about a respectful attitude to the environment, what is a key element for our new vision of sustainable farming. Furthermore, it promotes social development and, being aware of the responsibility as a reference point for local employment, it feels the need of giving fair and safe work conditions for all the staff, as well as providing and transferring appropriate training about sustainability for the whole community.
The use of PPE by all the staff is part of our Security and Health System.
