Transa also produces tomato powder from its own tomato paste. Thanks to the spray drying technology, we can get different parameters according to our customer requests. In addition, we have developed our own drying system which obtains thicker particle, minimizing oxidation. It results in a more intense taste and a longer lasting red colour.
